Sellwood Yoga Studio, Portland

Sellwood Yoga is “the” neighborhood yoga studio. It’s the studio for everyone, from first-time beginners to seasoned yoginis, men, and women who span all ages. It’s a place you take a class and then stop by the local market on the walk home. I was elated when owners and siblings Savonn and Bill asked me to update their website and marketing materials with my photo work. We spent two days working together. The first day was a day to photograph the teachers, while the second was all about the diversity of student life. The goal was so to encapsulate the feeling of community that is held within those walls, and we nailed it. Here’s just a taste of the work we created together. Enjoy!
